This new program is brought to you by Angie & Sami who want to give you the foundations to run the Jetty2Jetty in July or just kickstart your run girl era

 

What is it?

 

8 Week Program that starts on Sunday evening the 25th of May

 

Detailed running program focused on building kms each week (starting approx. 1-2 km week 1) Aswell as extra tips & recovery

Weekly Run Club

(1 - 2 session options each week to choose from. Paced by Sami or Angie)

Thursday morning / Sunday evening

Limited Edition LSKD X Active Sisters Singlet

1 hour recovery session in week 8 at Active Recovery, Brendale (sauna, ice bath, compression, massage)

What you need to do:

Commit to a minimum of 2 runs a week. 1 with us, 1 by yourself.

Choose your singlet size

To get ultimate results, buy a wix studio pricing plan pack & book in your next 6-8 week sessions (try and get 1 x strength based & 1 x cardio)

    Please note, this package is to get our community running together at the J2J. The cost is for the singlet, recovery centre and our detailed program. We are not able to offer credits or refunds if you have weeks where you can not attend the run. The running group is volunteered time by Angie and Sami.
